Your brand deserves content that goes beyond the expected — and beyond the bottle shot.
You need visuals that stop the scroll, earn the click, and build loyalty from first sight to first sip. Not just for your next launch. Every single day of the year.
That's what I build. A strategic visual library that works as hard as you do — across campaigns, seasons, and every corner of your marketing funnel.
The imagery your brand needs to show up everywhere it matters — social, paid ads, retail partnerships, trade shows, and beyond. Every shot is crafted with your target consumer in mind, not just the aesthetic.
Visuals without strategy are pretty pictures without a purpose. Before we ever get to shoot day, we get clear on your goals, your audience, and exactly how your content needs to work. Every image we create has a job to do.
Today's content has a short lifespan and your brand has to keep up. I help you build a mix of polished and candid lifestyle content that feels both inspirational and relatable — keeping your brand front of mind all year long and earning that "buy now" click.
and it makes all the difference.
I know what visuals connect with your audience because I am your audience. That's not a line — it genuinely changes the way I shoot.
Agency and corporate marketing taught me how to create visuals that satisfy your leadership team AND connect with your customer online. I understand both sides of the coin.
From concept to post-production: talent casting, location scouting, styling, prop sourcing, and creative direction — all of it included. You walk away with a visual library built for growth, not just for the 'gram.
Contracts, talent releases, shot lists, day-of logistics — I handle the unglamorous stuff so you can keep your focus on your brand. You'll always know what's happening and when to expect your images.
We talk through your brand, your content gaps, and your goals. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation about what you need.
Every shoot is different, so every proposal is built from scratch. You'll get a clear breakdown of scope, deliverables, and investment before anything moves forward.
I handle everything — location, talent, styling, creative direction. You show up, or you don't. Either way, it's covered.
Final edited images delivered to your content library within three weeks of shoot day, ready to deploy across every channel.
Every project is scoped and priced based on your specific content needs — location, talent, usage rights, and deliverable count all factor in. That's why I always start with a conversation before sending a proposal.
What I can tell you: projects start at $2,000 and scale from there. Usage rights for paid advertising, retail, and trade materials are always discussed upfront — no surprises after the fact.
After our first shoot together, we can talk about an ongoing content partnership. Here's what that looks like in practice:

I NEED THIS YESTERDAY
Wine and whiskey are my specialty — it's the category I know best because I'm already a consumer in it. That said, I'm open to working with other beverage and lifestyle brands if the fit is right. If you think we might be a good match, fill out my contact form and let's find out.
For one-off shoots: a 60% deposit is due when your contract is signed to lock in your shoot date. The remaining 40%, plus any variable costs, is due on shoot day.
For retainer partnerships: full payment is due at the start of each month or quarter, depending on how we structure things together.
Why is your pricing "starting at" instead of packages?
Because a single-SKU launch shoot and a full seasonal campaign library are very different animals. Scope, location, talent, and usage all factor into the investment — so I build every proposal from scratch based on what your brand actually needs. Reach out via my contact form or at hello@gretchenreese.com and we'll figure out what makes sense for your project.
Absolutely. Minnesota is my home base, but I'm available to shoot wherever your brand needs me. Travel costs are factored into your custom proposal, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
It depends on the scope of your shoot, which is why every project gets a custom proposal. That said, most half-day shoots deliver between 20-45 final edited images, and full-day shoots typically land between 60–80. You'll always know exactly what to expect before we sign anything.
Not as much as you'd think — that's kind of the point. I handle location scouting, talent casting, prop sourcing, styling, and creative direction. What I need from you ahead of time: your brand guidelines, any must-have shots, and product samples shipped to the shoot location. I'll send you a detailed prep guide once your project is confirmed so nothing gets missed.
My primary focus is photography, but I regularly collaborate with trusted videographers when a project calls for both. If video is on your wish list, mention it when you reach out and I'll let you know if I can bring the right person in.
Life happens — I get it. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least two weeks' notice so we can find a new date without losing your deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks of shoot day may forfeit the deposit, depending on costs already incurred. Everything is outlined clearly in your contract before we get started.
